4 Bed-Dorm Female Example

• Where do you sleep? You will stay in a shared room with bunk bed(s). Suitable for 4 guests. Beds are made.
• Bathroom Facilities: Shared sanitary.
• Private room: This accommodation can be booked privately.
• In addition to the above: This room as a lovely balcony overseeing the pool & garden. Our female shared room is the most wanted room at the Villa normally :)

Mix Shared Room Example

• Where do you sleep? You will stay in a shared room with bunk bed(s). Suitable for 6 guests. Beds are made.
• Bathroom Facilities: Shared sanitary.
• Private room: This accommodation cannot be booked privately.
• In addition to the above: We have 3 other shared rooms (4 & 6 beds shared). All very spacious and with plenty of natural light.

Private Room Ensuite - Selva Example

• Where do you sleep? You will stay in a private room with twin bed(s) or double bed(s). Suitable for 3 guests. Beds are made.
• Bathroom Facilities: Private sanitary.
• Private room: This accommodation can be booked privately.
• In addition to the above: Our Selva room is the most spacious private accommodation. The bathroom is also very large and comfortable. Ideal for couples or a small group of friends (2 or 3).

Private Room Ensuite - Água Example

• Where do you sleep? You will stay in a private room with twin bed(s) or double bed(s). Suitable for 2 guests. Beds are made.
• Bathroom Facilities: Private sanitary.
• Private room: This accommodation can be booked privately.
• In addition to the above: The Água room has a direct door to our swimming pool & garden. The room has plenty of light and nice decoration details.

Surf Levels

Surf Cascais - Surf Villa offers surf lessons on the following surf levels:

Beginners

• You never surfed before or you had until 5 lessons.
• Best months: Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov.

Intermediate

• You can catch a wave on your own, stand up and go to the sides (left & right)
• Best months: Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov.

Advanced

• You have full autonomy in the water and are improving your turns.
• Best months: Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec.

Group Surf Lessons

• Group Surf Lessons: Whether you’ve been surfing for some time or it is your first time, we prepare different surf groups according to each surfers level. We cover Beginner and Intermediate surf lessons.If you are an experienced surfer looking for some guiding or coaching please check our Surf Guiding options. For the ultimate learning and attentive experience, our lessons have a maximum of 6 students per instructor. You will have 14 lessons, spread over 7 days, of 2 hours each.

When and Where?

• The surf lessons will be planned according to the weather and wave conditions, so it's impossible to communicate the hours of your lessons prior to your arrival.
• The surf lessons take place at Guincho Beach, but it could also happen that we go to Carcavelos Beach, or Praia Grande / Pequena.
• There won't be any surf lessons on the day of your arrival.

Video analysis

• Video analysis: We do Video & Photo analysis every Wednesday. It's included in most of the packages.

Surf equipment

• Surf equipment: When booking a surf package, a surfboard and wetsuit are included during the surf lessons and can be rented if you would like to do free surfing.
• Rental costs:
• Wetsuit + surfboard: € 15,- per hour

Surf storage

• Surf storage: It is possible to store your own surf equipment in our storage.

What is there to do?

The activities below are available during most of the season. The add-ons which do not appear in the booking tool can be booked on location.

Activities

• Walks around the Villa: We normally organize some nice nature walks around the Villa. The town is surrounded by Sintra-Cascais natural park and full of nice walks.
• Sunset's at Cabo da Roca or Peninha: We try to organize, during summer, a few sunset sessions nearby.
• Cliff Jumping: Time to time we go to a cliff next to Cascais center and do a super fun cliff jumping. Afterwards we enjoy the best Açaí in town, right next to it.
• Fun activities at the Villa: Every week we promote a few different activities at the Villa like Pool volleyball, ping pong championship or darts.
• Skating: We have Carver and Longboard skates available and sometimes take the guests to the near skatepark and give some tips.

Activities to add-on

• BBQ Night : Every Thursday, during high season, we organize BBQ Nights, followed by a few drinks in Cascais center.
• Extra Yoga Lessons: You can add more yoga sessions besides the ones included in your package.
• SUP, Kite Surf or Windsurf lessons: We have partners that provide super quality lessons.
• Kayak, Climbing, Tours, etc.: It's possible to do a lot of other activities around Cascais with multiple trusted partner companies.

Nightlife

• After the BBQ nights normally the guests go to Cascais center to have a few drinks.

Food & Drinks

We have a fully equipped kitchen that guests can use. During high season we also have weekly BBQ's and other meals organized by the Villa staff.

• In case your requirements are very specific, please clarify this during the booking process so we can prepare our kitchen for you.
